Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, email us at zanerahkemigisha@gmail.com. Please include your Order Number and a photo or video showing the item's condition. We will send you instructions on where to ship your package. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at zanerahkemigisha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof. We will instantly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

As an independent international retailer, the buyer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs to our designated fulfillment center. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of your refund status via email. Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
