All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We currently specialize in shipping exclusively to retail consumers within the United States. Because we work with global manufacturing and fulfillment networks to bring you the best prices, shipping times may vary:

When your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the shipping carrier's portal.

Auxano is an independent international retailer. While standard consumer items rarely trigger customs fees in the United States, please note that any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes applied to your package upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at zanerahkemigisha@gmail.com so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
